When you send the quote form we receive your name, phone number, email address (optional), property location, the service you're interested in and the details you write. You can also call, text or email us directly at (541) 636-1178 or contact@valleycrgroup.com.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the submission on our behalf. The site embeds a Google Map, which is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. The site is hosted on a shared hosting service that keeps standard server logs.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). It only loads after you choose Accept on the cookie notice, and you can decline. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep project enquiries and records for as long as needed to handle the work and our business records, then delete them.
